EQUIPMENT AVAILABLE IN NEWELL ROOMS (room H-201)
Price for Using HCC owned LCD projectors is $50 per unit per day. All other equipment is part of room rental.
This room has ceiling mounted 16:9 wide-screen LCD projectors in sections A, B, and C and retractable ceiling mounted screens. These projectors and screens can be combined for one presentation and/or separated for each individual room. When the rooms are combined, this room has the capability of having six wireless microphones (3-Lavalier and 3-Handheld). When separated, this room has the capability of having two microphones in rooms A, B, & C, (1-Lavalier and 1-Handheld). The lobby/lounge area also has a separate wireless microphone, which can be used for paging or announcement in the lounge area, with disturbing H-201 A, B, C, or D.  The entire H-201conference room has wireless internet for presenters and attendees. H-201 is equipped with a full-size podium with desktop computer and wireless presentation mouse.

This room is equipped with a permanently mounted notebook comuter and 60 inch flat panel display. A motorized screen is available for overhead projector usage. The entire room is wireless internet capable. The room also contains a phone and dry erase easel.

Price for Using HCC owned LCD projectors is $50 per day. All other equipment is part of room rental.
This classroom is equipped with permanently installed front of room instructor workstation containing a complete audio visual presentation system consisting of: Ceiling mounted 16:9 wide-screen LCD projector, Screen, Built-in audio system, Desktop computer with Microsoft Office , WHS/DVD Player, laptop input and document camera. The entire room is wireless internet capable. The room also contains a dry erase whiteboard. 

FOOD SERVICE
Outside catering allowed. Cafeteria is open Monday thru Thursday from 9 am to 1:15 pm during the school semester. Contact facility for additional guidelines.

ADVERTISING
Highland Logos will not be used in any of your advertising. There must be no implication that the event is being sponsored by HCC. Any advertising will state only that the event is being held at Highland Community College in the Student Conference Center – Room (actual room reserved will be inserted here). Parking Lot A is the closest parking lot.

ON-CAMPUS SIGNAGE/PRESENTATION MATERIALS
If you wish to post directional signage on campus, this must be coordinated with Conference Center staff.  No other signage or presentation materials are permitted outside of the rented conference room. Inside of the rented conference room, signage and/or presentation material may express a point of view; however, the expression of any point of view must be in compliance with local, State and Federal statues, must respect the rights of others, and must not disrupt the regular essential operation of the College. The College reserves the right to remove any and all signage and/or presentation materials.

SECURITY
If either you or the Stephenson County Sheriff’s Department (on behalf of Highland Community College) decides that your event requires a dedicated security presence, the cost will be $25 per hour per deputy. HCC will make arrangement through the Sheriff’s Office.
